1. Order Processing Time 

  • All confirmed orders are  processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). 
  • Once processed, the shipment details including  tracking ID and courier partner will be shared with you via email or SMS 
  • In rare cases of high demand, stock unavailability, or logistic delays, our team will contact you promptly. 

 

2. Shipping Coverage 

  • We currently  ship across India through trusted and verified courier partners. 
  • Delivery may not be available in some remote or restricted areas due to courier limitations. 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time 

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch 
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days from dispatch 
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days from dispatch 

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen events. 

4. Shipping Charges 

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the checkout page). 
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Applicable for orders below the free shipping threshold and will be visible at checkout before payment. 

 

5. Order Tracking 

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a  tracking link or AWB number via email/SMS. 
  • You can use this link to track your shipment status directly on the courier’s website. 
  • If you face any issues with tracking, contact us at  support@popmak.in with your order ID. 

 

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries 

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact our support team. 
  • In cases where the delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability of recipient, or other reasons beyond our control, the order may be  returned to us . 
  • Re-shipping may attract additional delivery charges depending on the situation. 

 

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items 

We take utmost care while packing your order. However, if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong items, please notify us within  48 hours of delivery by emailing  support@popmak.in with photos and order details. 
We will investigate and arrange for a  replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. 

8. International Shipping 

At this time,  Popmak does not offer international shipping . We currently deliver only within India.
