You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the date you received the Goods, or the date on which a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered Goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The Goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of the following:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which by nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or are close to expiry.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment.
Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned Goods or after you provide proof of return delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
In cases where a replacement product is available, we may offer that option instead of a refund.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate or coupon will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
